Obtaining Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates and Death Certificates
Birth Certificates
To obtain a birth certificate, follow these steps:
1. Send a letter with the complete name of father and mother.
2. Copy of the Cedula identification number. If you do not have a Cedula, you cannot obtain a birth certificate from the United States
3. Date and place of birth.
4. Include your mailing address and telephone number to contact you in case we need additional information.
5. Fee: $75.00.
Marriage Certificates
To obtain a marriage certificate, follow these steps:
1. Name of the bride and groom.
2. Copy of the Cedula identification number of bride and groom.
3. Date and place of birth.
4. Date and place of marriage.
5. Name of both parents.
6. Fee: $80.00

Death Certificates
To obtain a death certificate, follow these steps:
1. Send a letter with the complete name of father and mother of the deceased.
2. Copy of the Cedula identification number.
3. Date and place of death.
4. Include your mailing address and telephone number to contact you in case we need additional information.
5. Fee: $75.00.
